business partners.
Legislation, regulations and industry standards must be observed.
We will not offer, promise, give, accept, tolerate or deliberately take advantage of any bribery. No one must benefit through personal professional relationships.
All employees must have a signed confirmation of their employment. Our business partners must respect their employees’ right to join trade unions as well as the right to joint negotiation.
Our business partners may not be directly or indirectly involved in child labor. Children under the age of 15 should not be working full-time. Employees under the age of 18 may not perform dangerous work or do night shifts. Employees working under an educational agreement are excepted.
Our business partners may not directly or indirectly discriminate on gender, religion, skin color, language or personal interest of their employees or candidates. Nor use physical punishment, threats of violence, personal fines or deduction in salary.
Forced labor must not be used; employees must be ensured free movement and work of their own free will.
Our business partners must ensure a safe and sound working environment that, at the minimum, comply with local legislation.
Local legislation must, at the minimum, be observed to protect the environment.
It is expected that our business partners are taking next generations into consideration.
Reprisal must not be used to prevent employees from expressing themselves on working conditions.
Engineered Market Solutions has implemented a whistleblower policy and scheme via an independent system to enable employees and close partners to anonymously inform about possible breaches without fearing negative consequences. The aim of this Policy is to encourage employees and others who have serious concerns about any aspect of our work to come forward and voice those concerns.
